For additional information, please use the contact form to have any unanswered questions fulfilled. If you are inquiring about an existing order, please include your order number. Additionally, please allow up to 72 hours (Monday - Friday) for a response.

Processing + Delivery:

Processing time-frame:

Please allow 5-7 business days for any given order to be processed, with the acceptation of 1-4 additional business days during high volume sale periods (i.e new item releases). Orders are processed chronologically as they are received.

Delivery time-frame:

Please allow up to 5-7 business days within the U.S. or 7-21 business days internationally for your order to be delivered, after your order has been shipped.

Additionally, please be aware tracking is only applied to orders that exceed a specific weight such as apparel and certain accessories.

Pre Order items are clearly listed in product descriptions, with projected manufacturing and shipping dates. (subject to change)

Urban Cowboy Studio is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer will be held accountable for any country restriction, duty tax, or any other fees collected.

All sales are final. Please carefully review your information prior to finalizing your purchase. This includes your name, address and contents within your order. Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the items in your order.

Returns + Exchanges:

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, you may not cancel or change the contents of your order once it has been finalized and confirmed.

Printed items are non refundable, however, if you receive a defective product upon delivery, a replacement will be sent upon request.*
